High Vibe 2025
We can’t believe it’s already 2025 and we have so many things we’re looking forward to sharing and creating this year. 2024 brought many challenges and triumphs, but we’re so glad to have learned so many great things about writing for and creating animation — and, of course, starting our very first blog.
What’s this about High Vibe 2025 you say? Well, what started off as a summer project challenge when we were little, morphed into a motivational tagline to remind us of our goal for each respective year since 2015. Think word of the year but with✨VIBES✨

Neighborhood beach
Sakura Pop 2020
This was the year of Lo-fi music and cherry blossoms. We wanted this year to be the year we put our best foot forward, show the world our creative abilities, and begin our very own business studio, though an unexpected visitor disrupted our plans… 🦠👀 😷 Plus, ya know, neither of us were out of school yet so…
Forever 2021
We never gave up! Inspired by the store name, Forever 2021 was about… wait what was it about? This year was crazy, what did we even want out of this year? Some normalcy? No more overdue lessons for school?? To finally get out of a mask???
Peach picking
Lilac 2022
Named after the color, Lilac 22 was all about the love of nature and flowers and getting outdoors! We totally nailed this one with going cherry and peach picking for the first time! We made loads of jam, and have continued to make loads of jam ever since.
Strawberry Letter 2023

Named Strawberry Letter 2023 because we missed the opportunity to say Strawberry Letter 2022 😅 We thought it would be our year to finally get back to those dreams of starting a business, blog of our adventures, and starting up a studio, though it didn’t quite happen yet…

Keep at your dream and reach for the stars! Starlight 2024 was pretty successful if you ask me because here we are talking to you on our very own blog. 😌 💅🏾
And now we’re at High Vibe 2025 named after our favorite freshly pressed juice drink from Erewhon that we tried last October during our trip to California for LightBox Expo. Seriously, check out the ingredients and try it if you can!
This year we’re gonna focus on good vibes and good times. It’s easy to get caught up in work and other stressful things in life that we forget to just vibe. After working hard last year — maybe a little too hard — we’re going to slow down a bit and recoup, while still growing bit by bit.
In fact, in the next coming months, we have several surprises that we’re excited to share, so stay tuned! 👀
In the meantime, we’d like to introduce to you two of our beloved mascots, Beach BéBé and Beach Bunny. They’re the epitome of this year’s theme and our love of all things beachy.
